Plan a food trip through Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur is a city you taste between the towers. After dark, Jalan Alor fills with street food and Chinatown's Jalan Petaling keeps the snack trail going. Kampung Baru brings nasi lemak and satay, while chilli pan mee and wantan mee round out a noodle day. Bangsar is handy for nasi kandar, Brickfields leans Indian, and Pudu has ikan bakar. Between meals, stand under the Menara Berkembar Petronas (Petronas Twin Towers), ride up to Kuala Lumpur Tower, or walk Dataran Merdeka and Masjid Negara.
