Kelantan is all about breakfast markets and east-coast flavours. In Kota Bharu, Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah (Siti Khadijah Central Market) leads to nasi kerabu, nasi dagang, ayam percik and mee celup, with nasi berlauk and nasi sup nearby. Pasar Malam Padang Bas keeps evenings lively. Pasir Mas is the stop for akok, Bachok for ikan bakar and Pantai Irama, and the coast winds toward Pantai Cahaya Bulan (Moonlight Beach). Istana Jahar and Masjid Kampung Laut add quiet heritage between meals.
